What is Assistive Technology in Physical Therapy?

Maria Jones is passionate about the use of assistive technology and supporting access and inclusion for people with disabilities. 

She loves trying to figure out ways to adapt environments to welcome people of all abilities. 

As a program director and educator at Oklahoma City University's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, she now encourages future generations of physical therapists to understand the impact they can make in the lives of others.
