Jason Mitchler is a retired army physical therapist and former Special Forces Medic and Infantryman. He is currently the Director of Operations at the Hybl Sports Medicine and Performance Center in Colorado.

Jason dives into who exactly is the tactical athlete, how they should train, and common musculoskeletal injuries that arise in this population.

With specific physical therapy treatment, he emphasizes the importance of soldier ownership of their treatment in order to get back to work and eventual battle.
