Gary’s Bio:

Gary Austin PT, Phd, OCS, FAFS, FAAOMPT
Gary P. Austin, PT, PhD, OCS, FAFS, FAAOMPT is Associate Professor and Residency Program Director at Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, VA. He received his B.S. in Physical Therapy, M.A. in Education, and PhD in Sport Biomechanics from the University of Connecticut. He completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy at Regis University and a Fellowship in Applied Functional Science at The Gray Institute. Gary has authored several book chapters, multiple peer-reviewed manuscripts and abstracts and has presented at state and national meetings. He teaches Musculoskeletal Examination and Intervention, Clinical Inquiry, and Differential Diagnosis.
