Jimmy is a recent graduate of the Marymount University DPT program.  He is a pediatric physical therapist at Good Beginnings in Falls Church, VA.  He brings more than twelve years of experience as a radio broadcaster to the show. He was the Program Director & Afternoon Drive host on the 50,000 watt Rock Radio Station, 97.9X (WBSX-FM).  

The PT Pintcast combines his love for physical therapy, broadcasting & beer.

He is the 2015 winner of the Richard E. Erhard Orthopedic Residency scholarship from the Nxt Gen Institute of Physical Therapy.  The award is given yearly to a PT student that, "demonstrates exemplary vision, leadership and grit in the field of Physical Therapy."

He has been an invited media member by the American Physical Therapy Association to all three major conferences (CSM, NSC & NEXT), as well as the invite only APTA Private Practice Section's, Graham Sessions.

He has been named the host of the Foundation for Physical Therapy's fundraising gala in 2017 & asked to lead the "Founders Interview", at the APTA Private Practice Section, invite only conference, Graham Sessions 2017.

Jimmy is a 2-time Ironman triathlon finisher (Madison, Lake Placid), mountaineer & scuba diver.  In his spare time he volunteers his time as a marathon coach for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Team in Training in Washington D.C., as well as coaching the "The Holy Mackerels" youth swim team in Arlington VA.

Rachel is a third year DPT student at the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee, graduating in May 2017. She brings her passion for leadership and strategic planning to the team.

She recently ended her term as chair of the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association's (WPTA) Student Special Interest Group, and has served as president of the UW-Milwaukee DPT Student Association. One of her favorite experiences as a SSIG leader was planning and executing the first Wisconsin Student Conclave. She is the recipient of the WPTA's 2017 Student Emerging Leader Award, and was recently elected as Alternate Delegate for the WPTA for APTA's 2017 House of Delegates.

With Jimmy, she has been an invited media member of the American Physical Therapy Association to NSC, CSM, and NEXT, as well as the Private Practice Section's invite-only Graham Sessions.

Her favorite PT Pintcast project is Spinal Tap News, but she also loves coordinating events at conferences. 

When she’s not coordinating things or studying, she enjoys yoga, traveling, being outdoors, and reading everything.

Molly is a third year DPT student at the University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT. She has served in both President and Vice President positions of the UHart Physical Therapy Student Association from senior year of undergrad onward, and is an active student member in the APTA and CTAPTA SSIG.

Molly has been a lifelong singer and an avid equestrian since the age of 6. She enjoys watching hockey and baseball, and hopes to have a career in sports PT working with athletes.

Cait is a second year DPT student at Marymount University. She confirmed her love for physical therapy by working as an Orthopedic Rehabilitation Technician throughout her undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech. She is currently working as the departmental graduate assistant for the Marymount PT program and is an active member of the APTA. In between her studying and schoolwork Cait winds down by hiking, reading, playing piano, and cooking.

Meghan is a first year DPT student at Columbia University. She is passionate about sharing her experiences to better prepare and equip the next generation, co-founding two clubs in her time at the University of Notre Dame and writing for a daily news email and startup, bitofnews.com

When she's not cheering on the Fighting Irish, Meghan enjoys seeking out new sports, most recently boxing, and taking a stab at new languages. PT Pintcast allows her to continue sharing and acquiring knowledge as she enters the physical therapy field.

Danny is a first year DPT student at Marymount University. He is looking forward most to the experience of practicing physical therapy in various settings to determine his passion. He currently works for the athletics department at Marymount University and is an active member of the APTA.

To keep his competitive drive, he is also a member of the West Potomac Men’s Rugby Club. In his extra free time, Danny also enjoys cooking, watching movies, and a variety of outdoor activities.

Cheyenne is a second year DPT student at Marymount University. She is an active member of the APTA, has been involved in research, and currently teaches undergraduate anatomy/physiology lab at Marymount. As a California native, she is planning to practice in her home state where she also hopes to extend the reach of PT Pintcast. Her passions in the field include pediatrics and sports rehab.

Outside of school, Cheyenne enjoys playing pick-up sports, baking, spending quality time with friends, country music, and Netflix.

 Matt is a second year DPT student at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is currently working as a graduate research assistant for the GW PT Program and is a member of the Orthopedics and Sports Sections of the APTA. As an undergraduate, Matt was an NCAA Division III Lacrosse player and hopes to have a career in Sports PT working with athletes.

 Outside of class, Matt is an avid football fan, loves country music, enjoys hanging out with friends, and watches way too much Netflix.

Jason is a third year DPT student at Simmons College in Boston.  His path to physical therapy started with a passion for personal training but a complete inability to meet any sales quotas.  Jason enjoys getting involved with APTA legislation and has advocated at the state and federal level.    

In his free time, Jason enjoys playing basketball, freestyling and touring breweries.  Jason has accumulated 865 distinct beer check-ins on Untappd.

Paul is a third year DPT student at Northwestern University. He is a current member of both the Orthopedics and Sports sections of JOSPT. Through his clinical experiences, he has gained a passion and an appreciation for pain science education and chronic pain management. 
 
In his free time, Paul enjoys fishing, cooking, and most importantly, cheering on the Chicago Cubs.
