Started her career in NYC as an orthopedic physical therapist and also spent a few years doing pelvic floor PT. Totally changed the way she treated.

Started The Movement Maestro, a web/social-media based platform devoted to all things movement related, in late 2014, got hired as a RockTape instructor in 2015, quit her daily grind of a job and never looked back. Got married last year and then turned my dream of living in California into a reality. She still treats, but teaching is her passion.

Social media changed her life and she’s committed to helping others who want to take the leap and find their happiness. She offers 8 hours of treatment time per week. Most of her clients come from social media. She works out for 3 hours a day, much of that in the sun.

She get paid to travel the country and talk about movement.
